With 1st July 2019 the Robel Holding GmbH (formerly Deutsche Plasser Holding GmbH) hold a majority participation of 70 percent in the German company Vogel & Plötscher GmbH & Co. KG (V&P). The specialist for track measurement systems and electric drives is integrated into the Robel Holding, but remains as brand and independent company with 40 employees at their location in Breisach, Baden-Württemberg. Rolf Herter, longtime proprietor of V&P, remains sole managing director.
Robel CEO Wolfgang R. Fally sees in the new structure big potential for both companies: „The brand Vogel & Plötscher stands like Robel for safety, quality and user-friendliness. Our products and our innovative spirit perfectly complement one another. With the integration of V&P into the Robel Group we now have the chance to make full use of synergies on both sides and to promote each other with combined energy.“

On 31 Mai 2019 a change of name from Deutsche Plasser Holding GmbH into Robel Holding GmbH was realized. The following companies respectively distribution companies are new members of the Holding:
